Arrival and Departure

Our changeover day in mid to high season (early June to mid September) is Saturday with the departure to be by 10am and arrival from 5pm. Otherwise arrival and departure times/dates are flexible on request.

Booking Process

To make a booking we will ask you to make a 25% non refundable deposit. Remaining balance plus security bond of €500 will have to be settled 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Equipment

Linen, towels and pool towels are provided. There are no additional charges for electricity, water and heating.
Free WiFi broadband internet access and phone for calls to European fixed-line network.

Cleaning

Our cleaning lady comes in twice a week, Wednesday's and Saturday's. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning or ironing services can be provided on request at 15 euros per hour.
